SHIPPING
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship only within the United States.
PROCESSING TIME
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. You’ll receive an email notification when your order ships.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery address with no hidden charges, representing the actual cost of shipping.
LOCAL PICKUP - Interlaken NY
Products shipped directly from us can be picked up by appointment in Interlaken NY.
DELIVERY METHODS & TIMEFRAMES
Your order may arrive in multiple shipments depending on product availability and source. If so, you will be shown two shipping fees in your cart.
DIRECT FROM US
Orders shipped directly from us typically go out within 1-2 business days via USPS.
DIRECT FROM MANUFACTURER
Some items ship directly from the manufacturer and typically arrive within 5-9 days.
RETURNS
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original condition
- Orders past 30 days from delivery are not eligible for returns
- Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded
RETURN PROCESS
- Contact us at rise@deptofdough.org for return authorization
- After approval, we’ll provide shipping instructions
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the error was ours
REFUND PROCESSING
- We’ll email you to confirm receipt of your return
- You’ll be notified when your refund is approved or rejected
- Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 1-2 days
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company
- Contact your bank
- If still unresolved, email us at rise@deptofdough.org
EXCHANGES
We only replace defective or damaged items. For exchanges of the same item, email rise@deptofdough.org.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, email rise@deptofdough.org with your order number, photos of the damage, and relevant details. We handle these situations case-by-case to reach a fair resolution.
